If there’s one thing that brings people together, it’s food. Whether you’re a fan of the aesthetic of some dishes, or the actual flavors hidden in the treat you’re eating, food is something that everyone should be a fan of. If you don’t consider yourself a “foodie”, hopefully I can change your mind after giving you some beauty tips that incorporate some of the items hidden away in your fridge or pantry.
Grapes: Not only are they on the top of most people’s “favorite fruit list”, to which I would have to agree, but they also help with achieving a clear complexion. The best way to test this beauty trick out is to cut the grapes in half and with the cut up sides gently wipe they along the more troubled areas of your skin.
Strawberries, baking soda: As odd as the combination may sound, strawberries combined with baking soda work as a natural teeth whitener. Don’t let the red color of the strawberries throw you off from achieving that crest white strip smile.
Sugar: It may not be good to eat but definitely is great for on your skin! Try creating a sugar scrub to help tighten your skin.
Before you try buying those expensive scrubs and products, look inside your cupboards and fridge and see what you can create.
